很開心受到isabella的邀請分享自己的生酮歷程! 想不到自己可以分享, 哈哈!   記得2017年的時候, 網上出現大量報道生酮飲食的影片, 我就按進去看看, 想不到越看越有趣, 越看越多, 看了不知多少天。 2017年10月的時候,我決定試一試, 走甜走飯走澱粉質, 所以東西以脂肪行先, 雞蛋, 有皮雞扒, 無糖可樂。 不知不覺自己已經行左一段時間,發現體重輕左不少, 身形瘦左, 最重要係無左飯氣攻心這東西, 精神左。  

 隨著時間過去, 發現生酮期間真的不能經常出街吃, 要自己備餐, 咁就不如試下斷食啦~  一日一餐至二餐, 省時間又省錢, 幸運自己會煮野食,  因為我做廚房依行,  哈哈!   

 

  過去經常上網睇生酮飲食的知識影片的時候, 有時都會睇倒isabella既影片 , 當時感覺係不以為然,看了就算, 都係睇台灣人拍既影片多。  就這樣去到了2017年10月, 當時生酮感覺係有斷食時就精神, 無斷食時有時精神有時眼訓, 到底出左什麼問題呢? 上網說法五花八門, 真的不知道什麼解決方法。  這時看到isabell網上有個講座係關於生酮飲食與食物敏感這個講座, 就膽粗粗自己報左名去聽下!

 

  當第一眼見倒isabella既時候, Wow! 好大隻,仲大隻過係youtube上鏡, d紋身又勁!  好與眾不同, 當時團健身火有少少撻翻著!( 以前有健身, 因為受傷停左幾年)  , 記得講座話人本身不是樣樣食物都食得, 因為人類對每樣食物的反應都不同, 會敏感。 要通過做dna測試先知道。 當時覺得幾有趣下, 因為從來未聽過有依樣野!  咁就約左去做下依個測試。 

  當報告出來了,  真係嚇死, 原來我好多東西都唔吃得會敏感, 仲係咁吃!  bodycheck又唔係咁好,  肝功能又差, 想不到發生在我身上。 咁isabella就用佢既方法俾我試下, 10日菜斷。 再做bodycheck既時候果然數字漂亮了, 這對我很大鼓舞,同時對isabella 很大信心。 也知道了每個人的生酮飲食歷程也不同, 不是每樣野都適合每個人吃。  

  除左吃,isabella也建議我做運動增磅,  操練肌肉, 這對我不是什麼難事, 吃我可以兼顧好, 關鍵是騰出時間做gym就可以了。 

 

  到了2019年2月的時候, 是我真正增磅做運動的時候了, isabella也俾了飲食建議我。 吃大量的蛋白質, 充足油脂, 無需刻意吃碳水化合物。 那時起我就每日吃4餐, 每餐都3塊雞扒以上, 就這樣體重一直上升, 線條也keep住有。 對比以前用大量碳水增磅好好多, 當時係冇咁多線條的,  肥肥腫腫的。  想不到生酮增磅係這樣的效果。   只要運動時候強度足夠, 補充足夠營養, 身體就會俾好的效果你!   但你懶懶散散就無可能有身材,  一天幾分鐘鍛鍊係無可能練出好身材的,  這是我運動的感謝。  

 

  生酮期間另我感受最深是要忍受孤獨, 可能係我自己性格問題, 這點我忍受倒。 放工不能與同事吃宵夜, 放假也許不能與朋友們吃飯, 吃韓燒打邊爐就可以, 也不能與家人去飲茶。  看到自己身材越來越好,這也足夠了! 滿足了! 

 

  到了現在, 有一個朋友見我生酮增磅出來不錯,  也跟我一齊生酮了, 他生日的時候我們一起吃韓燒 !他用生酮飲食由85kg減到78, 整個人fit左!   好開心我自己可以影響倒別人,  只要做好自己就可以影響別人了! 

 

  最後真是感激isabella,  在生酮期間指點了我很多, 告訴我每個人的生酮都是不同的, 鼓勵我做翻gym,  也舉辦了那麼多活動俾我地酮學仔, 斷食營, 煮野食班, 甜品班等等,  我都要繼續學習生酮與運動既知識, 感染身邊的人! 與isabella變大隻, 哈哈

By February 2019, I started seriously training and gaining weight with Isabella’s nutrition guidance — high protein, enough healthy fats, no need for carbs. I ate four meals a day, including at least 3 chicken thighs per meal. My weight went up, and I maintained my muscle definition — unlike before when I bulked with carbs and got bloated.

 

As long as your training intensity is high and your nutrition is solid, your body will respond. But if you’re lazy or inconsistent, you won’t get results. That’s the truth I’ve learned through training.

 

😌 The Lonely Side of Keto

Keto also taught me discipline and how to be okay with solitude. I couldn’t join friends for late-night snacks, or go out to eat with coworkers or family. But when I looked in the mirror and saw my progress, it was all worth it.

 

Today, one of my friends even joined me on keto after seeing my results—he lost weight from 85kg to 78kg! Seeing my journey inspire others is incredibly fulfilling.

去年(2018 年 11 月),在朋友介紹下認識了 Isabella,當時找她,主要是為了減肥。

 

我的減肥史: 可能因為家族遺傳,我自小已經是「肥嘟嘟」的,由高小開始已經因為愛美而不斷嘗試不同方法 減肥,包括由普通節食到跟所謂「明星減肥餐」的極端節食;由每天去做帶氧運動(如游泳)到每 天地獄式瘋狂運動;到了有經濟能力,便開始嘗試坊間不同公司的減肥服務和產品(包括諮詢傳統 營養師)。

 

以我多年的減肥經驗看,減肥不是最難,成功後要維持身型才是最難。因此我的體型也像搖搖般 上上落落,由肥到瘦,又由瘦變回肥,如是者減肥計劃不斷重啟又重啟,沒完沒了。年輕時,減 肥是輕而易舉的事,只要有毅力便多數會成功,但隨著年紀增長,我感到減肥並不像年輕時容易 了,而且,除了外表外,肥胖還帶來不同的健康問題,如高血壓,我未夠 35 歲已經開始服降血壓 藥。除了高血壓,我身體還有不同毛病,醫生都是說跟體重有關的。正因如此,現在的我,減肥 除了為了愛美,更大的原因是為了健康。

我記得第一次見 Isabella,她詳細了解我的生活習慣和身體狀況,我突然間發覺,原來她不只是幫 我減肥這麼簡單,而是根本地找出肥胖的原因,從而幫助我重新調整身心靈的健康。就是這樣, 我便開始大約十天到她診所,接受她的諮詢服務,亦在她的指導下開始生酮飲食。

 

生酮之後: 生酮不只是一個減肥計劃,而是整個生活習慣的改變。起初是有點困難的,最大挑戰是外食,對 於生酮飲食,外食的選擇不多,而且生酮飲食很注重用的油,外食也難控制食店選用的油。現在 我每 2-3 個月便會做身體檢查,每次跟 Isabella 檢視自己的身體狀況,都會發現生酮飲食為自己帶 來的好處,當我放肆飲食後(如旅行後),身體會立即告知你胡亂飲食的後果,例如血壓、肝功能、 膽固醇、尿酸等的指數會立即轉差。反之,當我好好以生酮飲食的原則改變生活習慣,我的身體 指數會逐漸轉好。很奇妙,我開始生酮飲食四個月後,我的血壓在沒有用藥已回復正常。所以說, 習慣是可以養成的,只要你知道這種生活習慣對自己身體健康的益處,就能夠持之以恆了。

 

生酮已經半年多了,外型看上去明顯瘦了,朋友都問我有沒有減了 20 磅,身體幾乎所有指數都在 健康範圍內,而且生酮後我建立了每天大量喝水的習慣,加上生酮飲食油份充足,因此我皮膚也 變得更有光澤、有彈性和光滑。

 

心靈健康:

 

Isabella 除了關注我的飲食習慣,也非常關注我的心靈狀況。由於我的工作很忙,很大壓力,睡眠 質素差,她提醒我必須關注自己的內在需要,更指導我如何透過自己的信仰和 meditation 減壓。

 

我的目標:

 

有一次我跟 Isabella 分享我結婚時的相片,自此她常常讚我原來可以很漂亮,所以我們一起定下了 目標,要在 2019 年內回復美好的外型和身體內在的健康。

為何認識生酮?其實也並非偶然的,我一向對於任何能令自己瘦下去的方法。自己每次也想是最後一次的方法,但這是真的是最後一次及最有效的一次。

 

認識Isabella 也是在Facebook search 到她的,當時非常開心,因為當時生酮也是比較新的飲食方式及觀念。顛覆了傳統的飲食觀念。

 

但我一向喜歡試新事物,加上Isabella 的專業耐性令我真真正正能得到美好的結果

 

回說起我的身體,是非常異於常人,初認識Isabella 我一直很認真好守規矩的按她的方法也是沒有進展,當時的我非常不開心,Isabella 也每天除了心靈的支持還在實質情況下為我找原因,結果經她推介做了DNA 測試,結果非常鎮驚,原來我的食物致敏原,就是我經常吃及喜愛吃的食物,真是晴天霹靂,加上原來我是對脂肪分解不了,那生酮怎辨呢?

 

結果,Isabella 不斷為我set 餐單,不斷每天跟進,然後adjust and 更改。

 

除了以上我的肝功能的問題,她也用功能醫學的方法為我處理。一步一步為我身體變回健康。

 

之前的我因為減肥付上健康上的代價,不但身體沒氣沒力,而身體亦沒有營養,就是Isabella 她令我認識了supplement 的重要性。

How I Met Isabella:

Back in November 2018, I was introduced to Isabella through a friend. At that time, I sought her help mainly to lose weight.
 

My Weight Loss Journey:

Possibly due to genetics, I’ve been chubby since I was a child. Starting from upper primary school, I began trying different weight loss methods out of a desire to look better. I’ve done everything from regular dieting to extreme “celebrity diet plans”; from daily aerobic exercises (like swimming) to intense, torturous workouts every day. Once I had the financial means, I started trying different commercial weight loss services and products (including consulting with traditional nutritionists).
 

From my years of experience, I believe that losing weight is not the hardest part — the real challenge is maintaining the results. That’s why my body shape has fluctuated over time — from fat to slim, then back to fat — restarting weight loss plans over and over again without end. When I was younger, losing weight was easy — with enough determination, success was almost guaranteed. But as I’ve aged, I found it’s no longer as easy. Beyond appearance, obesity also brings various health problems. For instance, I started taking medication for high blood pressure before the age of 35. Besides high blood pressure, I had other health issues that doctors said were weight-related. Because of this, my motivation for weight loss now goes beyond vanity — it’s mostly about improving my health.
 

Starting Isabella’s Professional Consultation:

I remember the first time I met Isabella — she carefully understood my lifestyle and physical condition. That’s when I realized she wasn’t just helping me lose weight, but was identifying the root causes of my obesity and helping me rebalance my physical, mental, and emotional health. That’s how I began seeing her at her clinic approximately every 10 days for consultation and, under her guidance, started the ketogenic diet.
 

After Starting Keto:

Keto isn’t just a weight loss plan; it’s a complete lifestyle change. It was a bit difficult at first — the biggest challenge was eating out. Options for keto-friendly meals are limited when dining out, and keto places a lot of importance on the type of oil used, which is hard to control at restaurants. Now, I do regular health check-ups every 2-3 months. Every time I review my health status with Isabella, I can see the benefits keto has brought. For example, after indulging in non-keto foods (like during travel), my body immediately reacts — my blood pressure, liver function, cholesterol, and uric acid levels all worsen. Conversely, when I adhere to the keto principles and change my lifestyle accordingly, those health indicators gradually improve. Amazingly, after just four months on keto, my blood pressure returned to normal without medication. This proves that habits can be cultivated — once you understand the health benefits of a lifestyle, you can stick with it.

I’ve been on keto for over half a year now. I visibly look slimmer — friends ask if I’ve lost 20 pounds. Most of my health indicators are now within the healthy range. I’ve also developed the habit of drinking lots of water daily. Plus, with the healthy fats in the keto diet, my skin has become more radiant, elastic, and smooth.
 

Mental Well-being:

Isabella doesn’t just focus on my diet — she cares deeply about my emotional and mental state. My work is demanding and stressful, and I often have poor sleep. She reminded me to pay attention to my inner needs and guided me on how to use my faith and meditation to relieve stress.
 

My Goal:

Once, I shared my wedding photos with Isabella. Since then, she’s often told me how beautiful I used to be. So together, we set a goal — to regain that beautiful appearance and internal health by the end of 2019.

How did I get to know about keto? It wasn’t really by chance. I’ve always been interested in anything that could help me lose weight. Every time, I would think “this will be the last method I try” — and this time, it really was the last and most effective one.

I found Isabella through a Facebook search. I was so happy because, at that time, keto was still a relatively new concept. It turned traditional dietary beliefs on their head.

I’ve always liked trying new things, and Isabella’s professionalism and patience helped me truly achieve wonderful results.
 

About My Body:

My body is quite different from most people’s. When I first met Isabella, I followed her methods very seriously and diligently, but saw no progress. I was very upset. Isabella not only supported me emotionally every day, but also worked hard to find the underlying cause. Eventually, she recommended a DNA test — the results were shocking. It turned out that I was sensitive to certain foods — specifically, the ones I ate and loved most! It was like a bolt from the blue. On top of that, I learned I had difficulty metabolizing fats — so how could I do keto?

Despite this, Isabella continued to design new meal plans for me, checking in daily, constantly adjusting and refining everything.
 

Beyond that, I also had liver function issues. She used functional medicine methods to help me improve step by step, gradually bringing my body back to a healthy state.

I’m truly grateful to Isabella for inviting me to share my keto journey with my daughter. I used to be someone who tried many different weight loss methods, spending a lot of money but only ending up gaining more weight. I just couldn’t find a method that worked for me and that I could stick with.

I even tried seeing traditional nutritionists who advised me to count calories and eat their recommended “balanced” meals. Unfortunately, those meals left me feeling constantly hungry, were tasteless, and very expensive. After a few sessions, I gave up.

 

One day, I came across a book at a bookstore introducing the ketogenic diet, which claimed to help with weight loss while also improving health. I became curious and started researching more online, hoping to find a professional who could guide me.

Luckily, I came across Isabella’s posts in a keto group. With a mindset of just giving it a try, I sent her photos of my so-called “keto meals.” To my surprise, she replied quickly and kindly offered me guidance—without charging anything. Her respectful and helpful attitude really shocked me in a good way.
 

That’s when I decided to book a consultation with her to learn how to follow the ketogenic diet correctly for weight loss.

 

I sent her photos of my breakfast, lunch, and dinner every day, and she always responded patiently. After a few weeks, I noticed my pants were looser, and I wasn’t feeling hungry anymore—such an amazing feeling!

At the same time, I had been searching for an effective way to treat my daughter’s severe eczema. She was only five years old and had already gone through a year of naturopathy and six months of Chinese medicine. Her diet was very restricted and bland, yet there was no improvement, and it became a big financial burden for us.

One night, I told Isabella about my daughter’s condition and showed her my daughter’s IGG report. She said my daughter had leaky gut. I was skeptical, especially since the naturopath had told us otherwise, but I still decided to take my daughter to see Isabella—hoping to find another path to treat her eczema.

Both my daughter and I started the ketogenic diet. Gradually, I noticed her skin regaining its glow, and she stopped waking up in the middle of the night from itchiness. It felt like a miracle, and I was truly grateful.

After her skin improved, Isabella thoughtfully suggested transitioning my daughter to a low-carb diet instead—so it wouldn’t interfere with her social life at school. That was such a considerate gesture.

As for me, I noticed I had stopped losing weight. Isabella suggested I take a food sensitivity IGG test. Initially, I felt it was unnecessary and too expensive. But since there was no progress, I eventually agreed to do it.
 

When the results came back, I was completely shocked. I had more than a full page of food sensitivities—and I was eating those foods daily! It turned out I also had leaky gut.
 

Thanks to Isabella’s professional dietary guidance, after a year, my food sensitivity list was reduced by half. I was so thankful.

Even now, during festivals or special occasions, I sometimes indulge, but I no longer feel guilty because I know keto is the solution that works for me.
 

I am incredibly thankful to have met Isabella. She helped me overcome years of weight loss struggles and greatly improved my daughter’s eczema. I went from 70kg to 63kg. I still have a way to go, but with Isabella’s support and guidance, I know I’ve found the right path, and I’m confident I’ll reach my ideal body shape.

未咨詢Isabella素食生酮之前是食生的,在01/2019驗血,有輕度貧血,膽固醇雖然合格,但三酸甘油酯稍高有1.2,糖化血紅蛋白是5.3,鐵質飽和度是17。

 

03/2019開始素食生酮及每星期有3小時做gym。

 

06/2019再驗血,大部份指數都明顯改善了,其中有; 

貧血,鐵質及鐵質飽和度,

 

B12 及血清葉酸鹽再增多了,

 

糖化血紅蛋白是5.2,

 

而血脂也很理想,現時總膽固醇是4.6,高密度膽固醇是2.0,低密度膽固醇是2.4。

 

總括而言,素食生酮加上做gym,帶給我身體上很大的改變,現在的我,身形不再是廋骨嶙峋,有力氣,有返肌肉,而且是結實有線條的,腹部及大腿脂肪也消減了不少,身體狀況感覺非常好,絕少少毛病,更從沒生病。

Before consulting Isabella about the vegetarian ketogenic diet, I was following a raw food diet. In January 2019, I had a blood test that showed mild anemia. Although my cholesterol levels were within the acceptable range, my triglycerides were slightly high at 1.2 mmol/L, my HbA1c was 5.3, and my iron saturation was only 17%.
 

In March 2019, I began a vegetarian ketogenic diet and started going to the gym for three hours a week.

By June 2019, after another blood test, most of my indicators had improved significantly. Among the improvements were:

• Anemia,

• Iron levels and iron saturation,

• Vitamin B12 and serum folate levels increased further,

• HbA1c decreased to 5.2,

• Lipid profile became ideal: total cholesterol was 4.6 mmol/L, HDL was 2.0, and LDL was 2.4.

 

Overall, the vegetarian ketogenic diet combined with gym workouts brought significant positive changes to my health. My body is no longer skinny and bony—I now have strength and muscle definition. The fat around my abdomen and thighs has reduced considerably. I feel physically great, rarely experience minor ailments, and haven’t gotten sick at all.
